“I have been a patient of Dr. Grady’s since I was 12 years old. I was super nervous about seeing a male while I was so young, but he made me feel so comfortable! I am now 35 years old and he has delivered all 3 of my boys via c-section and did my emergency hysterectomy. I have nothing but good things to say about how he treats his patients and his staff is amazing!!!! He knows all 3 of my kid’s names, and makes you feel “at home”. He does not rush you, he takes his time & listens to your concerns! I have also seen Dr. Wright several times when Grady would get called for an emergency delivery, and he is also very good! Great bedside manor. I recommend them to every woman that asks about needing an OBGYN!”

“This place is a legit and proper chicken place. Food is always fresh, hot and plenty flavorful without being over seasoned in any way. Lady in front of me yesterday(11/20/21) ordered enough chicken so her and her husband had enough leftovers for the Cowboys game today. Cool I’m the back who does all the cooking has 43 years of experience making chicken. Very nice and sincere employees at this location who put out the best product they can everyday. Never had a bad meal from here…. 🇨🇱”

“I give this local branch 5 stars. If I were rating the company overall, I would give them 3 stars. I always have great customer service when I call into the office. They are friendly and very helpful. My Agent Ron is fantastic. He checks in on us every year to cover our current policy and try to save us money. He never tries to sell us additional coverage that we don't need. He is honest and trustworthy. Now the company... They have limited customer service hours, especially on the weekends. It's difficult to get a hold of them when you really need them. The customer self-service portion of the website is mediocre and could use some additional user-friendly updates. I rarely have to deal with them though, because I can resolve most issues with the local office.”
