Walking in the first morning for 5am camp was scary, but I was instantly welcomed. The camps are challenging and never boring and there is a wide variety of fitness levels who attend. I never feel singled out or judged for having to modify an exercise if needed. The trainers are highly skilled and encouraging and challenge you to be your best.
