“Staff was very friendly, informative, and professional from start to finish. We visited this location to get a beginner aquarium setup for our 9 year old son on April 22, 2020 at 5 pm. The man in the fish department was patient and kind. He walked us along the aquarium wall and answered all questions we had. He walked in front of us with our son telling him about each fish he was interested in and helped us as a family pick a fish, pick the right tank, get all the necessary accessories and walked us through what we would need to do at home to setup and transition the fish to our tank. I cannot remember his name but I will definitely be shopping PetSmart Clarksville for all of our future family animal needs because of the above and beyond customer service this young man provided us during our first experience in the store.
