“This place is a legit and proper chicken place. Food is always fresh, hot and plenty flavorful without being over seasoned in any way. Lady in front of me yesterday(11/20/21) ordered enough chicken so her and her husband had enough leftovers for the Cowboys game today. Cool I’m the back who does all the cooking has 43 years of experience making chicken. Very nice and sincere employees at this location who put out the best product they can everyday. “I give this local branch 5 stars. If I were rating the company overall, I would give them 3 stars. I always have great customer service when I call into the office. They are friendly and very helpful. My Agent Ron is fantastic. He checks in on us every year to cover our current policy and try to save us money. He never tries to sell us additional coverage that we don't need. He is honest and trustworthy. Now the company... They have limited customer service hours, especially on the weekends. It's difficult to get a hold of them when you really need them. The customer self-service portion of the website is mediocre and could use some additional user-friendly updates. I rarely have to deal with them though, because I can resolve most issues with the local office.”

“Your transmission Man, Gary I believe was the gentleman's name completely performed the ultimate job on my car. It was completed in way earlier probably than it could have been. He really got on it and got the part for it and put two guys working on it for me so that I could leave on my trip on the day I was supposed to leave. It was an emergency surgery as I call it because I work in the medical field and they did the surgery at the utmost qualified and did an excellent job. My car is completely healed and now she will be flying to Oklahoma on time thank you Mr transmission Man I also want to take a moment and say that the lady that run the front desk was so nice and professional and I really want to give a shout out to her as well.”
