Dr. Dani Gogel has a wonderful attention to details and puts her patients at ease with her bubbly bedside manner. I had a concern about the glasses that I got through Focus Eye Care. They had me come back in for a visit with follow up and an explanation regarding my concern (new style of glasses were much larger than previous, and so some visual adjustment was necessary). No charge. I felt they truly wanted to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. Only reason they did not get a five star from me is that I would have liked to have known the potential for this condition prior to ordering a new style - I've always had narrower frame glasses. But they are good people, and professional. I will go back there for my eye care.

I had a very positive experience with my eye exam and then making the decision to finally start wearing prescription glasses. I felt all levels of staff were very thorough in all steps of my examination and helping me come to the right decision. When it came time for me to purchase my glasses, I did not feel pressure to take the more expensive route. When I had questions the next day regarding pricing, the staff was very helpful and even went into greater explanation of "extras" that I did not need at this time. Good job!
