Heather is absolutely amazing!! I've had massages elsewhere but I feel she has been the best overall! Her pricing is reasonable for the 90 minute massage I have had. You feel like you're laying on a cloud after she's done with you. She's personable and professional. I highly recommend Heather!

I can't say enough positive things. After a 1 hour deep tissue massage, deep cleansing facial and jelly mask, I feel amazing! The shop was beautiful and I felt so comfortable the entire time. Ashley was awesome and the price was great, I will definitely be back!

I have only had two massages here, unfortunately. The first was March of 2018 after major abdominal surgery. I was in immense pain due to complications from the surgery and went to see Heather. That massage helped my recovery very much. My second massage was June 2019 after I pulled a muscle in my back. Ashley did that massage and increased my recovery time by several days, according to my doctor. I cannot say enough good things about this business. After my first visit, I was recommending Cloud 9 to anyone I could and purchased a few gift certificates for the people I really like. The reason I have only had two massages here is because my husband doesn’t pick up on hints well and I struggle to do nice things for myself.
The rooms are clean and have no strange smells. They are punctual and appointments are easy to make. The staff is kind and helpful. They offer multiple different types of treatments. Most importantly, they know what they are doing and seem to sincerely enjoy helping people.
