(August 6, 2019, 4:31 pm)I have been very pleased with this facility. mostly clean and quite. Yes, there are bugs and spiders, but I knew to expect that and had my items in sealed containers. It does get dark and creepy after the sun goes down due to low light. I have had a total of 4 large units for about a year. After the 12 month mark of each unit, I was notified that my monthly rates are more than doubling in cost per each unit. It will be fun getting the stuff loaded up and hauled out of there, I'm not willing to pay 2x the initial monthly cost for stuff that does not have that much value to begin with. They are losing me as a customer over the cost increase, but on the flip side, the Goodwill will be getting many trailer loads of donations that will likely be put to good use! I would use them again for short term storage if the need was to arise. Being that it is less than a mile from my house, convenience plays a big factor!
