(January 7, 2020, 8:30 pm)I went to my first bungee fitness class tonight at Studio Hiit. I’m glad to finally be able to find somewhere that offers this. It was fun and low impact. The time flew by and I feel like it was a good workout.

(May 11, 2019, 1:31 pm)I can not rave enough about Jen and Studio HIIT!! I’ve been through Turbo Kick, Bungee, Circuit Training, and Personal Training with her now. The attention she gives each individual person to make sure they are getting the best work out is like none other. She’ll push you until you cuss, but at the end of it all you walk out proud for what you have accomplished. She is by far one of the best trainers I have ever worked with and can’t wait to see the results from the coming months!!
