“My mom spent the last year and a half of her life in the memory center after being at home became unsafe. I’m a legal nurse consultant and I researched memory centers in the area and decided upon Riverbend. The Magnolia Hills Memory program is the best. April plans wonderful activities for the residents. My mom received love and respect while living there. She was able to garden which was one of her favorite things. One of the most important reasons I chose Riverbend was because mom would be able to stay in the environment she was used to and Hospice was wonderful, she was able to die with dignity and it’s hard to ask for more than that. Several staff attended her visitation, it’s clear that most of the staff are working there because they have a heart for caring for people With dementia.”
