“Had the joy of 2 inches of rain and my drain backing up causing water to enter my home. I called diamond plumbing and explained what was happening and they were able to get someone to my home within an hour after calling! Once Steven arrived he was on it and asked where the issue was to see if he could help stop the water from entering the home. He was extremely professional and after about 45 minutes had to break the bad news. The drain pipe was collapsed about 6ft out. He was able to help set up a way to divert a majority of the water away from the home and explained what options were available if I decided to replace in the future. This company is great and I would highly recommend using them if you need honest workers who want what’s best for the customer. Great communication from start to finish and they provide a heads up of when a technician is heading your way!”

People are on here commenting about organization of the 2 lady's but come on now lets use our brains, when you have so many patients as it is and the potential for an infinite # of new ones daily it's almost a headache to think about that amount of paperwork and impossible to get ahead with.”
