“After almost a year researching systems, listening to friend’s bikes, and hearing just about everything anyone else has to offer, I picked sinister sound for my 21 road glide special. Being a musician, I take sound and it’s inherent quality pretty seriously. I wanted a system that was not only loud enough to hear over the wind, engine, & pipes, but also wanted a powerful & clear soundscape. I listen to a lot of different kinds of music country, rock, reggae, metal, and the blues so a versatile system was also something I was looking for. The amount of powerful, clear, fantastic quality sound that comes from the 2 speaker system they put in my fairing is truly impressive. The sound reminds me of my professional 4 driver in ear monitors I use when I play with a band in a live setting. Add in the 6x9 bag lid speakers in the mix and prepare to be blown away. I have heard 8-10 speaker custom systems that were not as loud or as clear as the 4 speaker system that sinister has assembled. I had all the work done at Lone Star Rally, and it all took just a couple hours or so. Jimmy, was as knowledgeable about his product and industry as he was friendly and just a pleasure to speak with. I had a great time hanging with him and the guys at their tent during as well as after my install. I’ll absolutely be back next year at the rally for the 6x9 lids that were so impressive during their sound demo, but they were unfortunately just outside of my budget for this year. You get what you pay for folks and I got the best! Thanks for giving me the system that allows me to enjoy my music the way it’s intended to be heard. Sinister Sound for the win!!! 👍🏻✌🏻❤️”

The people that come in here and complain don’t tell the whole story. I’ve seen some of the ways these people get treated and it’s disgusting. No wonder they are “rude”. “I purchased 4 carts of food for the ministry I'm in charge of at our church. Before I walked into the store I thought there was no way I was going to get everything I needed right on the shelf, Walmart proved me wrong. I was surprised they had everything I needed and were such a huge help. Athena and Claudia helped ring it all out ($900 total) and helped me to my car. Little did we know it had started pouring rain. Those 2 wonderful women helped me unload everything into my car, getting soaked right along with me. But they didn't flinch and kept going. Thank you so much, Athena and Claudia! “My Son and I were on a trip and ran over a 30 gal bag of garbage. It ripped up our brand new tire from another tire company and we were stranded 75 miles from home on a Sunday afternoon. The personnel in the Tire Center went above and beyond to ease our stress and put a new tire on our car and get us on our way home. The desk clerk and tire technician were so kind and understanding. “Recently purchased a Hisun 250 Sector for my daughter and on the first weekend riding, we had a small issue! As with all sxs brands, the skid plates are cheap and easily bend or break. Hisun is no different and installs plastic skid plates. I don’t fault them for our issue but wish all manufacturers would protect the undersides better. The kids hit something that peeled it back which then allowed a stick, stump, rock or whatever to puncture the rubber radiator hose. The coolant system air locked and overheated and we were dead in the woods! Now comes the reasoning for my 5 star review and purpose for providing feedback. It was Saturday evening and I knew they were closed, yet I tried a Facebook message, hoping they might see it and be able to call before the weekend was out. They did one better, they texted me through the repair of the hose and bleeding the coolant system free of air and we were back to riding within a few hours. Best of all, my daughter and her friend got to continue burning through tank after tank of gas all weekend, laughing and smiling the entire time. I truly appreciate your help during after hours when you didn’t “have to”. Thank you again!! Seeing the girls eyes light up after it was running again was priceless.”

“Great! It was quick. I called and that same day Travis scheduled me right in! I arrived with my flat BMW wheel and a new Road 5 tire and right away he got working on it. It took less than 30 minutes from the moment I walked in and the moment I walked out. Very timely and accommodating. I got home and remounted the wheel myself and now I’m rolling down the road like I should. Thanks!
