(March 6, 2023, 11:54 am)Great service, Great Salesman. But BUY THE WARRANTY!! We purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee and within 2K miles of owning the transfer case had failed. Luckily for us that is covered FULLY by the warranty. Not writing this to bash the business but to make aware to future customers that the warranty is well worth it!!
(December 1, 2022, 2:42 pm)Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Worked with nick and he was very nice and relatable. Didn’t put any pressure on me to make a purchase like a lot of people in sales do. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I’ve come across a lot of sellers that are very pushy and ultimately it makes a lot of people uncomfortable or with buyers remorse. I had the complete opposite experience with Nick. I am very excited about my purchase. I ended up financing through my own bank and Best Deals worked with them to get me to a price and payment I was comfortable with and made the whole transaction quick and easy for me. Easily the best experience I’ve had with a car dealership, so Thank you best deals!
(November 23, 2022, 1:30 pm)Wanted to take a moment to thank the team at Best Deal Auto, in particular Nick, for making the decision to purchase a vehicle from them. Easy to manage the transaction and a good deal on a car for my daughter. Nick is very personable and knowledgeable about the cars his team is selling and made the entire transaction with ease. No gimmicks or hidden agendas. Just simple and entertaining. I also had their pet cat spend time on my lap, guess she took a liking to me.
(September 11, 2022, 12:49 pm)I was nervous to buy my first car from a dealership as my dad used to be a salesman and told me about all the things that could go wrong. I drove around the lot, only getting out of the car to check the prices and mileage because I was nervous about getting swarmed by pushy salesmen but that never happened. I didn’t feel like I was being pressured in to getting an expensive car that I didn’t want. I Also didn’t want to get a warranty until I saw how much it did cover. I ended up getting a beautiful 2012 GMC Acadia that was being sold at just over $13,000. I brought my non verbal autistic child with me who was having a hard time behaving in the office but the sales manager who sold me the vehicle, Dan Weidner, was so kind. He didn’t make me feel like he was annoyed with her behavior and he felt like a very genuine guy. One of the other salesmen even brought over some bubble wrap, candy and was showing her the sweet little cat that walks around their office, Eleanor, to entertain her. I was going to finance the vehicle through my credit union but they required that I place a $2,500 down payment to have the loan through them, Dan was able to help me get financing through the dealership without placing a down payment and getting an APR that was 1% higher than my credit union at the same term. My mom was helping me with the process and she told Dan the one thing she requested is an extra set of keys because I lose mine so often, his reply was “pshh, ask for something harder”. They gave us a half a tank of gas and extra windshield wipers without us having to ask just because we asked what size the wipers were. I have nothing but praise for this location and their employees, I will only come here for a car in the future.
