Communication is a little lacking...
Slow to get started, but went pretty fast when they got to work... Roof, gutters, Sofitel, and fascia look great... Signed contract in April and finished in July, Still haven't received any paperwork as of 8/29. I also understand construction has been busy lately... Update still have not received my customer packet with the warranty information as 9-2-23... Roof was completed July of 2022

We had a Roof and Gutter installation. After we were sold the roof and gutters the communication kinda dropped off but they were apparently going through some turnover. However Mike stepped in and really helped bring everything home. Once he was hired he gave me a call and prioritized us being taken care of. The Roof and Gutter quality is great. The owner also touched base and apologized for the initial situation. Overall happy.

Could not be happier with our experience with Alliance! They provided a free inspection (literally the next day after calling me) and explained what a good roof looks like (we absolutely did not have a good roof). Even when Chris provided a photo of a hole in our roof, I never felt like he was pressuring us to go with Alliance. We did end up using them and I still can’t get over the difference. I appreciate how they went above and beyond to educate us on appropriate roofing materials and how quickly they got the job done. They did an excellent job of cleaning up and were very professional. Highly recommend! (First photo is not the worst photo of our roof but the only one I had from beforehand. Second is the finished product. I never get tired of looking at it!)

We had another roofing company call us for a free estimate. I agreed since we needed a roof. Long story short they made three appointments to come, twice never showed up and once showed up an hour after the scheduled time and we had already left.
I called alliance and they came the first time and gave us a good quote. We had them put on our new roof and gutters. When I came home the first thing the foreman did was show me where they had hit our siding and it needed to be replaced. They came back to do the gutters and took care of the siding as well. They stood by their word. This coupled with the lifetime warranty is what sold us. We love the look of our new roof!

All of the people we worked with were very friendly, helpful and professional. We are very pleased with the workmanship. Our new roof looks great. Couldn't have had a better experience.
