Forest River, Inc - Rockwood Flagstaff Plant 10

Drove to the factory from Mississippi to have repair work on our Rockwood. Smart move! Myron Herschberger and his team did an awesome job! They completed every item on our checklist and then found and completed items we hadn’t noticed. Their diligence and superior work ethic was certainly noticed and appreciated. We cannot emphasize enough how thankful we are for the outstanding customer service and superior repair work we received. Thanks again Deb, Myron, and the entire Rockwood team. We love our Rockwood!

Deb Rimsa the Service Logistics Manager is on the ball!! We’ve communicated via email and phone. She is super courteous, friendly, helpful, and prompt in getting us needed information. We look forward to meeting her as we are taking our beloved Rockwood camper to Millersburg for repairs.

I cannot begin to compliment Mark c. enough. He is always very professional and kind. He really cares about issues concerning our rv and is so very helpful and responsive. He is truly an asset to your organization. We are still working on a plan of action but he has not given up! Thank you, Mark!,,,
