We are extremely satisfied with Sorg Dodge. We're in town briefly, and had a serious problem with our Ram truck. Despite their busy schedule, they were able to get us in quickly, and solved the problem. The people we dealt with there were friendly, polite, and professional. I recommend this dealership to anyone who needs work done on their Dodge-family vehicle.

At first I had issues with my oil change/tire rotation. I worked with woody and he made sure to make it right. In the end my opinion changed and I highly recommend Sorg. I give high praises to the service advisor woody and how well he worked with me.

Whole experience was really good. Technician kept me informed of what he was finding, even though he was working on an '06 Buick. He advised me what my options were and how each repair decision would affect the performance of my car. His explanation used terminology that I could understand and he didn't talk down to me. The service staff are wonderful people and really work at making the customer experience a positive one. You can tell they really enjoy what they do. Would highly recommend!

Are salesperson, Todd, was excellent. Was making sure the used car we were looking at was clean. He was cleaning the windows when we got there.
The temporary plate was sealed in vinyl. Got our phone hooked up and answered all questions. If you ever bought a car from Saturn you'll understand the treatment.
Parts department person was friendly and answered service questions I had.
Clean waiting area which I hope not to be sitting in. 😁
