  Bought a new toy hauler from the outpost rv. From start to finish everything was smooth and a easy process. 😌 Came all the way from Nevada. Very happy with not only the toy hauler but the service received. Would definitely shop there again!

  I purposefully waited to review the Outpost until a few months later to evaluate them in the long term. The TL:DR is that we love our experience and would go with them again.
  
  Our camper was closely looked at prior to our pickup, and the service department (2 fantastic guys whose names escape me) had already fixed some of the issues like a damaged table and a faulty exterior light. The walkthrough was thorough, and they installed our weight distribution hitch. Their price on our Bluetooth brake controller was cheaper than I could find anywhere else.
  
  Henry and the other gentleman in sales both were extremely helpful in placing our deposit and navigating the sale/financing. The overall price was the best we found in our search, and the money saved was well worth the drive to pick it up.
  
  Financing was very helpful and didn’t try to forcefully upsell us on any extras. They also did not add any crazy destination, prep, or other dealer fees.
  
  Overall, we had a very seamless experience. Five Stars

  I bought a SS-550 truck camper. Sales person Henry was absolutely excellent to work with as was Cassie. The guy in the service area that gave me a tour and set the camper up for travel was so good. This place is excellent. Every staff member I interacted with provided exceptional customer service.

  Jeremy did a great job in the sales process and the team did a great job with simplifying the paperwork so I could get tags when I got home even from out of state. Brandon from service did a great walkthrough of unit and helped with weight distribution install.
  Also if you have a camera on unit - buy the display vs depending on your phone! Awesome and super convenient.

  I could not be happier with my experience with The Outpost RV. I was drawn to them because the price on the RV I wanted was thousands of dollars less than anywhere else I could find.
  
  Henry in the sales department was helpful every step of the way, answering all of this first-timer's questions about the unit, the ordering process, and so forth. He was very flexible with my schedule as I was driving out from Maryland to take delivery. Once I got there, all the paperwork was already filled out, he brought me into the service bay for the walk-through, and Brandon the service technician, showed me everything and answered all my questions (I had lots!!!)
  
  After getting home, I noticed some items that needed attention so I contacted the dealership with the expectation that it would be like pulling teeth to get this serviced under warranty. I could not have been more wrong! Nathan in the warranty department is amazing. He is extremely responsive and helpful.
  
  Working with Nathan, Brandon and Henry has made this a great experience and I would highly recommend The Outpost RV for anyone looking for a good deal on their next RV.
