(Trying to milk me) As a man working 80+ hours a week I need to trust they know what they're doing and aren't trying to dupe me. These new guys at the new store have tarnished their reputation from my perspective. I've been going to them since the first store 7 years ago and their work has always been flawless. Until recently I had to trust my gut and go elsewhere. Poor communication, missing etas, poor customer service, giving off strong milkman vibes. End result still flawless but I just don't have the time to babysit. Make economy great again!”

On this particular visit, actually had an associate talk me out of the product I chose, and suggested a more cost effective (cheaper) solution to my car problem.
