The staff are really nice people even if it's your first time being there. They make you comfortable and it's really fun hanging out with them. Not only is the staff amazing the work that they do is even better. Even though I've only been going there for a little over a year, I would count them as family.

My daughter goes here, and I can't tell you just how great everyone has been with us! My daughter suffers from major depressive disorder, so she struggles with getting the basic self care completed daily. The staff is friendly and although I've not explained to them about her condition, they are not rude with her ever, they encourage her to do the things necessary to take care of her braces and praise her when they can tell she's doing good, which does amazing things for her taking care of herself.

Staff is extremely accommodating and always smiling, positive attitudes and makes children patients feel comfortable and at ease. They explain information to where child and parents can understand what is going to happen and don't get frustrated if we need them to repeat it several times! 😀.

They are so great there. They really make you feel invited in. Marsha the lady at the front always greets you with a warm smile. It’s a special touch for her to know your name when you walk in. They are truly committed to helping you find a solution to better your teeth Health, and also to helping you have a better smile. While they are committed to their professionalism, they never shy away from the moments that make you feel just like their friend.

My granddaughter was a patient at this office since August of 2021! After 2 years of visits she had her braces removed today!
Each and every staff member has been professional and polite on every occasion. I can’t remember a time that we had an issue with anything except in the beginning I missed the exit (my mistake) and ended up in downtown Louisville during construction! They guided me back to the office based on landmarks only! That’s AMAZING customer service!
Marsha is fantastic and her personality shines like the brightest star! You can tell she loves what she does and goes out of her way to help with anything asked of her!
