I call ahead needing parts and they are there ready to be picked up. He is a stand up guy. Ralph Byrd is also a great addition to the store. He has really turned the place around. Delivery drivers are always friendly and hard working guys also. Never shop anywhere else koi federated is my store for parts and or tools!!!!
