Let me begin by saying, Mike Cunningham is a great person to do business with! He is very professional and passionate about his line of work.

In June of 2023, I made a serious mistake (DUI) that was going to affect not only myself but my family also. I called around to multiple attorneys and most would not discuss anything with me, as they wanted payment before discussing my situation. The last person I called was Mike, he said I do not want any payment, but what I would like to do is sit down with you to discuss your situation. Later that evening my wife and I met with Mike, it was a great conversation, he explained many different things to us , also letting us know he treats every case the same no matter how big or small, we decided to hire him before we left the office.

5 months later we entered a great plea agreement, when Mike tells every client that he fights every case hard and thorough, he isn’t lying. Mike communicates everything thing very well and doesn’t leaving you feeling clueless.

I never plan on being in this situation again, but if I do he will be my first phone call.
