Cafe Valley

Warehouse was easy to find, when parked at gate look on the building wall about the rear of your trailer for intercom. Staging area is on your right in the dirt lot, plenty of room. I was several hours early for my appointment and was sent to staging as expected. The people here are very friendly and professional, treated me with respect. About the time I began to get comfortable I was called to back in to a door. It took about an hour to load and the product was loaded straight and tall. The load arrived in PA still looking as it did when loaded. No problems !

Staff was very kind and friendly. Easy to find. Yard was a bit crowded but not to bad. Unfortunately they are going through some warehouse changes and did not have room for my product when I arrived. Had to wait nearly 5 hours to get unloaded, but hopefully it will be addressed in the near future. The staff was apologetic for taking so long at least.

They might decide to finish a dropped trailer before starting your live unload on time, you might need to remind them politely, but it's a bakery that seems to do a lot of things just-in-time for max freshness, or maybe just max chaos.
