I have had the privilege to be part of the Colonial Oaks team for over a year now and very happy that I have been. Our strong staff from administration, nurses, dietary, activities and housekeeoing, truly care for every resident and their families. At Colonial we are family and so glad I am a part of this amazing team.

Colonial Oaks is an AMAZING place to work with the best co-workers. Ive never been somewhere that people are so devoted to their work and to the residents here and work somwell together. Our administrator is the best of the best and honestly can tell you most things there is to know about each one of the residents which is a very rare thing but he takes extra time of his day to make this place a home for everyone!!

Colonial Oaks is my chosen place to work. I am proud to be a part of Grant County's best...friendly coworkers and family atmosphere for our resident's, their families and our staff. I'm the Activity Director here at Colonial Oaks Health & Rehab I have only been here since October 2021. Colonial Oaks is by far the best facility I have worked in. ALL the staff work together as a team and not against each other. We strive for excellence. Colonial Oaks is very clean, the staff are friendly and takes pride in caring for your loved ones. As a new employee Colonial Oaks staff here has made me feel welcome. I appreciate all the staff and residents. I love developing a good rapport with the residents but also the families and getting to know them. It helps me do my job well. I have been in activities for 32 years; 16 years has been as an Activity Director. I love what I do. And if I had to choose a nursing home for my loved ones I would choose Colonial Oaks for sure. "Customer Service Comes First" is my motto. And that is exactly what the staff here at Colonial Oaks do. I can tell you for sure that Colonial Oaks will put the residents and their families first before their own needs. That's what we do here at Colonial Oaks.
