My favorite 5* reason is I can text my agent at Erie anytime. I think I've already asked him 6 questions via text, and asking for documentation a timecor two. Never had to wait longer than 15 minutes for a reply, or an email in return.

The other 5* huge plus is for coverage compared to coverage, Erie Insurance gives you a lot more for the money. For example, our annual car premium is less by a couple hundred dollars, but the BIGGEST gain is how much more coverage on our cars and both my husband and me is. It's HUGE!!! You get so much more for your $$$$ at Erie Insurance.

Finally, we went through IMG as our broker to obtain Erie Insurance, here in Marion, IN. I'm sure glad we did as we now have our home and autos insured with a lot better coverage and some extra money in our bank account each month. Oh, and our ever trusting agent that is never "too busy" to get right back with you!
