I hate painting - but it’s always a pleasure to visit the Marion Sherwin-Williams store! The team members are always so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. You won’t find a better paint out there than S-W. Can’t recommend this location enough!

Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Gary and Jackie were both exceptional in the way they offered assistance without being overly pushy. They assisted where needed and backed away when my wife and I needed to talk amongst ourselves to decide what we liked the best. We arrived on the final day of a promotion but needed to go home with paint samples before making a final decision. Even though we bought the paint 48 hours after the sale ended, they still honored the sale price due to our circumstances. Their knowledge of color science, paint finishes and willingness to help so far exceeds what you'll find when you buy inferior paint from a big box store. Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra for a far superior product and get assistance from somebody who is actually willing to help!

I bought a new boat last year that was not performing correctly and the dealer I bought it from wasn't being much help. Someone recommended calling Pat at Sealand Marine so I called Pat in the service department and in a day he figured out what the problem was and i got it corrected would recommend the service department to anybody. Thanks Pat!!

Didn’t buy a boat but needed some parts for my boat.

Best customer service around. Had the parts and oil ready for me at the counter. Answered all questions I had. I’ll be buying all my boat stuff here from now on, not the big box store down the street.

I went in yesterday to get a ladder strap made and pick up a few misc things, real good guys to deal with. I'm going back tomorrow for more parts. Lol gotta love boating.

Sealand and in particular, Jay, was great to work with as we traded in our boat and upgraded to a new Tritoon. He was extremely knowledgeable and applied no pressure during the sales process at all. Pricing at Sealand was the best we could find as I called around to several dealers. When we picked up our boat, Jay gave a thorough run down and at least 4 different employees helped us when things came up to get us on the road as quickly as possible. Overall, the buying process was a 5 star experience.

After buying a home that required painting nearly every room including ceilings and trim, I've made several visits to this business and have always had a great experience. The first visit, Wesley spent over an hour talking through paint types and finishes. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, as were the other staff I met on later visits. The Emerald Trim Enamel is my favorite product and I'm thrilled with the quality of the paint (the painter we used for our stairwell said that's all he uses), and how the rooms turned out. There is a Sherwin-Williams line of paint at Lowe's, but I could tell the difference. If the cost of high-quality paint scares you, they often have a 30% off sale as well.
