My Father was well taken care of at Ashton Creek after his surgery. The Therapy Dept worked hard to get him home fast! The staff is approachable for questions and tries hard to please.

Mason Health and Rehab Center in Warsaw is part of the TLC family of nursing homes. My father in law spent a few weeks at Mason getting rehab. He received great care at Mason and excellent Therapy. I have worked in healthcare for almost 20 years and know good care when I see it. Great job Mason Health and Rehab and TLC Management for helping my father in law return home after his medical issues.

My father-in-law was in Colonial Oaks, a TLC facility, after a work accident for a couple of months. He was very well cared for, friendly staff all around. Would highly recommend them to anyone and will always use a TLC facility for my family.
