Had a slab leak under our kitchen sink the day before vacation. John was out to my house within a few minutes of my calling him (when about 6 other companies had multiple day wait times) and was able to locate the leak quickly, as well as offer advice on how to proof the house so we could still enjoy our vacation. He is incredibly easy to talk to, and knowledgeable in this area. I also had him do the work on repairing the leak and was very impressed. Less than four hours start to finish and no mess at all. Another company wanted to spend thousands on cabinet and countertop removal, John just trenches in front of the cabinets and repaired the leak quickly. Great company - I would definitely recommend United Leak Detection!
Just had them out to my house today. John was great... he was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions, not to mention located my leak, which ended up being under my porch. He was thorough in his inspection and used a listening device from my shut off valve into the house where my meter is. The cost was $300. Hope I never have to do this again, but if I did I would certainly give them a call again.
I had a slab leak and they found it and my plumber and my plumber fixed it. $300 was better than some places I called.
I had my second leak under the floor of our house,and I called United Leak to come out and fix it. They were helpful, and not too expensive. I wish I called them for the first one too. The guy from American was kind of a jerk. This guy was nicer, and found the leak in the laundry room.
