(December 27, 2018, 6:52 pm)Being relatively new to the area and deciding to start training again at 47 yo made me more than little nervous. That being said, I also had a couple guys from church who kept talking highly of Chris. One Sunday I finally decided to introduce myself. After talking a while, he invited me to his school. I have to say that Chris and Justin are great. They are very respectful and willing to take the time to help you learn and to get better. It doesn’t matter if you are young, old, in shape, or out of shape, if you are looking for a place to train, this is the place.
