(February 18, 2019, 7:04 pm)I came to Kia to purchase a new car and when I walked in everyone was very friendly and professional. I was greeted by Nate who was incredibly nice and helpful. We sat down to talk and he took some information from me to get the ball rolling. I never felt as if he was pushing the deal on me. He realizes it’s a big decision to make and let me take my time. Overall, the experience at Napleton Kia of Fishers was excellent. If you are looking to buy a new car, definitely ask for Nate!

Multiple staff stopped by my very comfortable chair and asked if I needed help. This to me shows a high level professional work environment, attention to the customer experience, and cohesion within the business. This is the place were you are treated with respect for your time.
