  Positives:
  I’ve been a patient of Dr. Sigler’s for 18 years. There’s a reason why I continue with him/his practice. The office staff (who has been with him forever) is helpful and kind. Dr. Sigler is pragmatic and non-judgmental. I like that if you ask a question, he answers it in plain English. And speaking of languages, the staff here speak a multitude of languages.
  
  Dr. Sigler is not a Chatty Cathy but you can definitely engage him in a conversation. I bring this up because some people have it in their heads that a service provider should also be there to entertain you. I know. Eyeroll.
  
  The last item I’ll mention in this area is that this is not a practice that is looking to charge you for every little thing. Samples are plentiful. Issue with anything - they take care if you. A few years ago, I came in because I had an issue with my vision and it turned out that my eyes were dry and that was the cause. I have was handed eye drops otc type samples and was not charged for this visit.
  
  Neutral:
  Prices - Reasonable/Expected. My eye insurance through Anthem requires me to pay a $10 copay for my yearly exam. When I used to get glasses, insurance paid a percentage of the frames and lenses. Same with contacts. Since I no longer wear either (LASIK), I’m unable to comment on how it compares to other providers.
  
  Location - I don’t have any issues getting in or out of the area. It’s situations so that I can choose to enter/leave via 126th st or 131st st
  
  Appts - I put this under neutral because getting an appointment when you need it varies on the time of the year. So many people scramble to try to get in before their insurance benefits expire so Nov/Dec can be hectic. The longest I’ve had to wait to get in for an annual appt when I’ve waited this long is 5 business days. The staff really tries to work with you to get you the date/time that’s best for you.
  
  Less than positive:
  This office isn’t high tech so you may be disappointed that you can’t schedule an appt on line or pay your bill online. It’s not an issue for me but may be for you.
