Went in with the intention of adding another phone line to my current plan SAM L was able to show us a variety of phones and help select a proper phone for my mother. COLIN was able to seemly help transition the old number to the new number without and problems and any headaches usually associated with adding a new number.
(September 25, 2018, 10:48 pm)By far one of the best experiences I have had with a cell service. Sam was amazingly patient with me while I spent over an hour on the phone with Verizon, trying to release my phone. Go visit Sam. He is the best and I do mean the very best!

Answered all my questions and even gave me my options,if I decided to go another route. He was easy to talk to and we shared quite a bit of laughs. Thanks so much Sam
