  I would suggest that you go to a few other dealers first. That way you can appreciate the people (Mitchell, Chris, and you too Scott) and inventory here at ILM. They don't sell overpriced POS vehicles here. In fact, they don't try to Sell you anything, They showed me what may fit my budget, them assisted with my purchase. Bring some extra money- you might want to buy 2.

  While I did not purchase my vehicle at Indy Luxury, I engaged with Chris Henry often enough that it was almost like I did. Upon arrival to the lot, I was able to survey the vehicle by myself without being barraged. Afterwards, Chris not only offered to print the CarFax for the vehicle on his lot but also for the same vehicle in which I was interested on a competitor’s lot. He patiently walked me through understanding both vehicles histories open and honestly. He was upstanding and helpful, and when he followed up with contact, he was direct and respectful of my time.   We were in the market for a car for several months, we went to another dealership on the south side of town which wanted very little to do with myself and my girlfriend, however we had a much different experience here. Daniel helped us out and we left with a 328xi and absolutely love the car. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a laid back and fun experience buying a car with out pressure or aggression. 5/5 would recommend.

  I bought my car almost a month ago. ILA has been professional, friendly and great to deal with. Larry has been wonderful. They were true to their word when they said they follow through after the sale as I am still working with them after the sale of my car, which I LOVE!
