Beach Community Center - North Lot

So grateful for the care my sweet pitty mix received on 11/11 after being attacked by a vicious, off-leash dog. He suffered from many puncture wounds on his neck, chest, and leg. The front-desk staff and Sarah the vet tech were very understanding and considerate as this was an extremely traumatizing experience. The staff handled my sweet boy with gentle care and he has made a fast recovery. They even reached out a week later just to check on how he was doing. Thank you all so much for making that terrible day a little bit better!

We had the misfortune of an emergency visit with a terminally ill elderly dog. The staff was incredibly gentle, communicative and accommodating of our situation. I am very grateful with how well they managed us, and how well they treated our sweet boy. Thank you to the staff at VCA Fishers for taking care of us—saying goodbye is hard, but you did everything possible to make it easier.

I was initially a little iffy bringing my dog here after reading some negative reviews but I felt like he needed to be seen urgently and this was the closest option. I knew what prices to expect from an emergency hospital and the level of care definitely matched at this hospital, I have pet insurance that reimburses 90% so all I cared about was his safety! Everyone was very kind and spent all the time I needed answering my questions and concerns. My dog ended up needing surgery and I felt safe knowing he was in good hands. He got medicine to take home and he’s been resting since. I would definitely come back for any emergency needs!

Super thankful for his team. My fur baby was having bloody diarrhea, vomiting, not eating and just overall was not doing good. I called VCA around 2 am and they were extremely kind and understanding and helpful especially when it came to financial options. I rushed there and got there around 3am and the wait time was not long and the results came back quickly. The staff took time to explain everything to me and were nothing but patient with me even when I was extremely stressed. They did necessary tests and found out she ate something toxic out of the trash. The staff treated my fur baby with nothing but love and kindness and gave medicine that helped her so much. Within 2 days she is back to her old self an as happy as ever. Thank you so much, I couldn’t imagine life without here here. Macy (my dog) says thank you too for all your help!

VCA saved our dog’s life. She had an intestinal blockage which required surgery over Fourth of July weekend. They were very busy but everyone there took time to explain treatment, costs, answer questions and even let us come visit her when we wanted. I can’t say enough about how great every single member of the staff has been. This is a top notch facility. They’ve definitely earned our trust and we’re incredibly grateful.
