“This place is awesome, management is great although it's been shaky in the past. But John (a new manager) really cares not only about the employees but the animals. They're giving the animals way more space than before and putting them in beautiful tanks too. Shelly is the franchise owner and she's pretty great too, old school in both reward and discipline. Lori (daughter of the founder although she likes to take the credit), sucks pretty bad, daddy money got the best of her unfortunately. But the workers and great and hard working, managers are pretty much all great and super friendly and knowledgeable as well. They get some really exotic stuff too so make sure to stop by! (Former employee and frequent visitor.)”

I remembered Precious Paws helping me a few years ago with a different cocker spaniel that way matted. So I called them and they agreed to take a look. They said they could save her fur if the dog would put up with being dematted. She did. They did a wonderful job. Highly recommend this groomer!”

I was going through generic silver, finding bars and rounds that interested me, when the owner pulled all the bars to show to a early teen boy whose dad bought them all. It was not a huge deal, but felt pretty rude. I gave them a second chance two weeks later, and I am glad I did. Scott has fair prices for what I am after. He and his wife are super friendly.
