“I have been working as a full-time Physical Therapist of Trilogy/Paragon Rehab at this PLHC location for the last 4 years. I have had a distinct honor and privilege to work with some of the most outstanding nurses / director of nursing / executive directors and of course our Therapy staff. Sure as time passes by, people move on for various reasons and people have -ve things to talk about ( which is evident from various reviews on other websites ). Every single day, we have to deal with different people ( personalities ), therefore we might be making mistakes, as its hard to please everyone! However, what I have experienced and being a staff member, that we as a company strive hard to #givingback to the community, #ServiceFirst motto, #attitudeofgratitude #applybestjudgement. We are not perfect in any sense, however to judge the entire facility / company based on 1-2 employees is not a fair judgement anyway. The facility has all it takes to be 5-Star in this Noblesville area. I might be biased, but not the residents and their families who keep coming over and over again.... not just re-admissions, but for out-patient therapy as well. We have countless number of people who came here just because someone else told them. That makes we wonder, "obviously we are doing something right"! We have the best trained therapy staff on board - -- please come see us some day and you will figure out! :)”
