UPDATE: YOU JUST NEED TO GET TO THE RIGHT PEOPLE. IN THE END I FOUND OLIVIA TO BE GREAT TO WORK WITH. RESOLVED ISSUE QUICKLY
They are still doing a poor job on billing. I Started with the first of November 2021. Just got a letter my account was behind. I have paid Nov. Dec. If 2021. Checks has cleared my bank. I sent a check for January the 1st of the month. Now they say that I own for both Jan and Feb. Again. If this is a spamle of what I have to look forward to, I will be replacing them very soon. Keep all bills and communication you have from them. Print your returned checks you send them. If they would turn me over to a collection, they can be sure to hear from my lawyer. Update. Took them seven months but they got my bill up to date. I ordered more tanks and they got them out the next day. So I raise my rating for them up to four stars .
PT and OT therapist are great. Communicate with nursing staff at the facility. Resident's always are happy to do therapy. Great communication when they will be here for therapy. Couldn't be anymore happy.
