Had a different experience last time a very sweet gentleman couldn't find his car so I helped him look granted being pregnant and slow I wasn't much help looking in the dark. 3 other families helped us look until we found it. He was more than pleased and had been looking quite a bit before I saw him. A staff member was even helping with looking. There are good people everywhere.
