It is unbelievable what can be done in just 20 minutes. I was skeptical too, but it absolutely works! I have new muscle in my legs, chest, shoulders and arms. You will be tired after a 20 minute workout. The greatest thing about this location: The staff!!!! You won't find more encouraging people than Trevor, Derick, Austin and Brian! Great trainers that are dedicated to see you succeed. I know, this is all words. Try their trial workouts then commit to at least 6 months. You will never work out over 20 minutes again, because it is a waste of time after you work out with the Exercise Coach. I am very satisfied with my purchase and they didn't pay me to write this!”
