And without hesitation, I would recommend Wilmot's Appliance Services. Rusty has saved our oven twice (minor parts both times), our 23-year-old clothes dryer AT LEAST once (assuring us that the longer we can keep that quality appliance in service, the better -- they don't mak'em like that anymore!), and has fixed my dishwasher once. Yesterday, he fixed our 15+ year-old fridge -- we were resigned to the fact that we probably needed to buy a new one, but he fixed it for only the cost of his labor, a bargain. He even showed us what to do if it happened again. He shoots straight -- he will tell you if an inexpensive part will fix the problem or if the appliance is no longer worth repairing. We trust him.
