“As I just completed a review for Dr. Klim, I felt it also worthwhile to review the staff, as well. -- Receptionists: The ABSOLUTE best I have EVER had the pleasure of dealing through six PM clinics in my experience. Never, and I mean never, have I had a receptionist be willing to drop what they are doing, to put you on hold, and go back and talk to the Dr. directly to inform him of the issue at hand; they have NEVER given me the 'that's not my job, you need to speak with X medical assistant. And while it's not fair to play favorites, Laura has been there since I started at the clinic a year and a half ago, and she is AMAZING!! -- Medical Assistants/Nurses: Also very friendly, helpful, willing to listen, etc. Communication could be a smidgen better, about the status of insurance auths, etc., but they are busy, and it certainly is not intentional; I don't mind asking the questions from time to time, especially if they are have a great attitude, which they do. -- Overall: I would highly recommend this clinic.”
