Andrea helped me become leaner and healthier through a series of small changes that have become routine. I have lost 16 pounds in 6 weeks, am eating great-tasting food that is healthy, and feel energized. I no longer have food cravings and feel satisfied with healthy portions. She is an excellent health coach and worth the cost. I highly recommend her for anyone who wants improved health.
