“This is an awesome bank!!!! Best customer service of any bank period!! This bank gives small town bank service in the big city. They have several branches around the New Castle area, the Carmel branch and a mortgage processing center in Fishers, but they are opening other branches soon!! This isn't a bank with a counter with a row of customer service people and then the bankers in offices surrounding the main area. This bank has a very pleasant and home like atmosphere. You get to speak to a banker every time you make a deposit, withdraw money, etc. The drive-up is fully covered so you don't get very cold or wet in the weather. Give this bank some business and you will be glad you did!!!! See Jerry (Branch Manager), Tammie, Colleen and the rest of the staff at Citizens State Bank for all of your banking. I work nearby and they will walk across the street and get my deposit and deliver the receipt. I had an ex boss bounce my paycheck a few times at my previous bank and I am still paying them off, but this bank allowed me to have an account. My current employer does not bank with this bank and I sure wish they did. There is no stuffiness with this bank, just genuine smiles and great customer service!!! And I will travel miles for great customer service!! Open and account (business or personal) or get a loan today! You will be glad you did!!!”

“I have been with Fifth Third Bank since 2009 and I do not ever plan on banking anywhere else. Recently, I went into this branch and spoke with Zack regarding an alert on my account, which turned out to be nothing. I was very impressed with Zack and his professionalism, he has since then helped me with a new credit card and we are working on a car loan also. Anytime I have any questions with my account I call him. He's extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend this bank to anyone!”
