“I was looking for a warehouse in the market and they were either too big and expensive or landlord requested 5 years contract; after a while of my search, I found Rise. I have been leasing a unit in Noblesville, IN for 8 months. From the beginning the commercial manager was really nice and open mind in order to provide a solution to my business needs. The facilities are all the time organized and clean, there is a pallet jack and forklift included in the lease for the facility. They have different size of units and most important thing, the facility manager is always able to help, customer service is awesome, which in mi opinion is the most important thing when you lease a property. Also, they have a desk when all the small packages are received if you are not in your unit. I couldn't find a better place to set my business. Highly recommended!!”

“We chose Le Petit Gateau for our wedding this past September and it was the best decision we made. Chris, the head baker, was so amazing to work with every step of the way. He provided great recommendations and helped us curate the best flavors for our wedding desserts. Our guests raved on how delicious the cake was and said his macaroons were the best they had ever had. Chris went above and beyond to make us feel special. He invited us to his kitchen for tastings and even created special macaroons for the bride and groom. The day after our wedding we hosted a brunch at our home and Chris also made us the BEST chocolate chip cookies we have ever had. My father had dementia and my niece and nephew-in-law were moving in to his home in westfield for a short time and they were all going to move into a new home together. This was a complicated issue. “I brought Charlie in three weeks ago for a massive ear hematoma. The office was super efficient and got him right in for surgery the same day. Everyone we spoke to or had any interaction with was friendly, caring and I definitely felt like they all had Charlie’s best interests in mind. That being said, I do have to agree with several other reviews, they are EXPENSIVE. I understand as an emergent care facility, the price is obviously more than a regular vet, this was just a lot more than I could have anticipated. Both vets that spoke with us (Dr. Dodda and Dr. Siva) and handled Charlie over the last three weeks are knowledgeable and supportive, all the techs obviously love animals as well. Everyone made sure we understood all care instructions and medications and gave us an estimate before anything was done. We fully appreciate the level of care our dog received here just wish price was a little more manageable. Will return again if needed though!”

“Had the exterior of our home painted, a stair rail painted , and our kitchen cabinets painted. Not sure why the exterior job did not start with a power washing (maybe because of cooler temps in March).We have had two other homes painted and both times started with a power washing. The guys took a bit longer because of weather issues and because of communication issues between the painters, but overall did a decent job. The stair rail came out beautiful. The kitchen cabinets came out nice, but after 30 days, they started to chip. The price of the job was the best out of 3 different companies. I would not rehire for kitchen cabinets again. Painters were nice guys.”
