“Great American Rentals does not take care of their property! A downspout laid on the ground for months after I had asked the landlord to put it back up on 3 occasions he finally did when a potential buyer came along, they did not cut the grass as promised, I myself had to cut it for 3 years, the furnace is up high on a wall in a room with cathedral ceilings so there is no access & never had a furnace filter in it until the owner thought he may have a potential buyer & he put one in after 3 years, when the inspection was over he came & took it out, the electric bill is 500 dollars a month due to the location of the furnace & poor insulation. These people are not honest & asked me to lie to potential buyers about how much rent was & who cut the grass. They sold the building where I paid rent & never said a word so I had no place to put my rent & had to track the owner down physically since he changes his number & never gives it out to tenants”
