I am a new patient and had received a packet to complete in the mail. It stated that I needed to arrive 15 minutes prior to my appointment; I arrived 20 minutes early. The paperwork said if I didn’t arrive early, my appointment would have to be rescheduled. I still had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time to go back to the exam room. How fair is that?
Staff were so nice, informative, and efficient. This is my hospital of choice.
I have been going to Hancock Family Medicine 4 years now and the doctors and staff are very friendly and helpful and my doctor goes out of her way to help me no matter what especially when I'm sick, and even when it comes to a referral to find me a doctor when I need it for specialist for some other kind of me need I would highly recommend Hancock Family Medicine to anyone and I have recommended them two people I know that have asked if I know any doctors in the area.
We always have such a great experience here! Quick check ins, friendly staff and all of our questions are answered appropriately! It’s rough with a sick 1 year old and they make things easy for us.
