“First tech that came out did minimal work with minimal knowledge, even with notifying him/her of other apparent issues. However, "Ed" came out less than two weeks later than the first call (after again it wasn't functioning properly) and did a complete thorough service. Was very knowledgeable and personable. And he did everything free of charge since they had been out so recently. Definitely made up for the first call. Always prompt arrival.”
