“I am giving this specific store 5 stars based on my visit and purchase with Cassie, new store manager, today. In 4-5 years of being on Cricket wireless this was only my second visit where an actual person who knew about tech was on staff. Cricket staffs their stores with untrained workers who are there to ring you up and nothing more. Most not only know very little when hired, but spend no down time (& there is plenty) learning even the basics of the phones they sell. For instance, how much memory one phone has vs another. Why cricket doesn't have some basic training going on for store employees is beyond me. Where as Cassie actually trained herself for this position. I went in to purchase a new phone for my husband but she was able to help me on a few other questions while there, and also to tell me WHY X was better than Y With purchase. The lack of support has always been crickets greatest downfall. Their inability to help with support in stores sucks. And not much better thru phone tech support. Also, Cassie was very friendly and efficient in the activation process. Thanks Cassie for training yourself and making my dreaded visit such a nice one! And if you're wondering why i even use cricket? Cost. The cost and phone service outweighs lack of support.”

“The staff in the branch have always been great. They are friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, loans are now handled over the phone or internet by people elsewhere. The short answer on their loan department is they suck, even though I got the loan. I have been a Chase customer for over 20 years and I thought I was going to have to give up my first and second born kids to refinance an existing loan and I have great credit. Plus, the loan department is very unorganized.”

“Disarray...say clearance, getting ready for spring...however I went to dressing room & no lights on whatsoever! ?? I asked about, and asked if they were leaving or just sale...she just kind blew off question and mumbled something about shorts and said they had couple lights out. Couple?? It was completely dark!! I needed my flashlight on my phone! Plus for clearance sale my jeans were full price $35 and another shirt I purchased was full price also, which has been in store since fall. True I didn't have to buy, but they did not have items clearly marked...and I've been waiting for darn shirt to go on sale!!????”
