After reading the reviews online, I was concerned. However, my experience was GREAT! My counter top was installed yesterday (Jan 28th) and the installers were professional, prompt and answered all of my questions. There were things that I could not find the answers to online about the phones I was looking at. They were able to answer all my questions and help me come to my decision easily. They are not pushy, and take time with their customers to make sure they feel comfortable in their decisions. They even found a discount I was eligible for that I didn't know about. I have been with Verizon for many years. I plan on staying the course with Verizon and with this store.”

“We always go to Specks to wash my furbaby at their dogwash. It's $10 in the winter and $12 in the summer. It includes all the shampoo, conditioner you need, hoses with different sprayer settings, warm water, towels, hair dryer, brushes, treats, aprons to keep you dry etc... All the while keeping my bathtub at home clean! The staff is always friendly and helpful and the store is always clean and inviting.”
