(August 9, 2017, 10:44 am)Ownership transitioned during the time I used this storage facility & the new owners were a welcome change, they upgraded several features & worked with customers to make sure everything was handled fairly & accurately. I appreciate the owner John's help at the end when it came time to settle the final bill & empty the unit. He was much more than fair & it won't be forgotten. I highly recommend New Palestine Self Storage if you are shopping for a unit.
