(June 12, 2020, 7:36 am)Dr. Mooney has been my vet for years. He is patient, very knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything to make sure you understand what is going on. Hours of operation make it easy to be seen when needed, though sometimes the wait can be a bit much. The staff is wonderful and friendly. I love PFAM!

(November 13, 2019, 4:16 pm)As long as I am in the same hemisphere as Dr. Mooney, I will take my animals here. I ran into PFAH after my dog was bitten by a snake. I was sobbing hysterically thinking Obi was inches from death, snot and mascara all over while draggin my 90 lb pup and the staff was so kind and patient while they treated him and calmed me down. Obi was fine, and I was so impressed with the level of care. Dr. Mooney is so knowledgeable and will tell you all about the science/research behind his treatments. AVS always had to put a muzzle on my dog, but Dr. Mooney takes the time to make my dog feel comfortable and safe. When I found a kitten, Dr. M explained the in and outs of kittenhood to this dog person. Love this vet. Dr. Mooney for president.
