We began coming to Gander RV after failed attempts of warranty work requests at the Camping World service department in Meridian, where I bought my RV in November 2020. We now avoid Camping World in Meridian service department because of the treatment we received trying to get warranty work completed in a timely manner.

We decided to try Gander RV, and was hesitant for using them. Kevin, our advisor, assured us that warranty work was going to be completed on time. The warranty work was completed within the period, and we were pleased of this outcome. They did an outstanding job with communication of when the work was going to be completed and how the work order was going to be processed. The customer service that Kevin along with his mechanics were refreshing and outstanding.

Since then, after the warranty period expired, we've been using them for yearly maintenance and winterizing for our RV. Kevin makes sure that everyone is on the same page regarding the cost of repairs and the schedule to complete them. We give Kevin 10 stars for doing a great job and taking pride in his field of expertise and an excellent mechanics to do the job properly.

I would highly recommend them for service for your RV. Their competent advisors and mechanics will guide you to help you maintain your RV for many years to come.

I'm a huge fan of the folks at Gander RV! I was on a 1300 mile trip, moving to another state and couldn't find anybody to fix my trailer brakes for me. It was a Saturday and I called them sitting in the parking lot of another RV service shop that was supposed to be open but wasn't. They had me drive right over and had me back on the road with working trailer brakes. Service manager was awesome to work with and the tech (Josh) went above and beyond! Thanks Gander RV, I would recommend y'all over anybody in the area!!

This has been the BEST experience my husband and I have had on a big purchase! We had saleman Will and we can not say enough about him. He was a pleasure, friendly, truly cared that we left with a positive experience and what we came for. Will is the reason we will come back!

Shaun in finance was so informative, went over in detail what our coverage included and didnt include, he was very friendly and made our experience nice and we left feeling confident in our decision and our coverage.

Terrific place they do great work and have wonderful staff would recommend them to anybody I'll always take my car there and nowhere else
